All online orders must be shipped and received back within 7 days from delivery date or ready-to-pickup email confirmation.
Online orders cannot be returned in the store.
Items can be exchanged in store for same season items only subject to availability.
The customer is responsible to pay for return shipping.
If the order qualified for free shipping and after return the total is below $150, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached.
Sale items are FINAL SALE - no refunds or exchanges.
Returns or exchanges can be made with invoice only.
A refund will be issued within 7 days from when we receive your returned items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment. Refund may take up to 10 business day for your bank to complete.
Any item/s returned to us that do not meet all terms stated above will not be refunded and will be donated to a charity of our discretion.
