Shipping & Returns - Policy & Instructions

Shipped Orders
❤️ You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. It will include your order number and shipping method.
❤️ Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you.
❤️ If we have the items in stock we will process your order, if not we will refund you the money.
❤️ Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information, if applicable.
❤️ We currently ship from our warehouse in New York. We offer shipping in the U.S.
❤️ We offer free shipping on orders over $150 USD. For all other orders, the shipping cost is $8.99 USD.
❤️ Standard Shipping is 3 to 5 Business days. Please note that order processing may take up to 2 business days after the order is placed.
❤️ We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items after the carrier confirmed the delivery.
Returns on Shipped Orders
❤️ Returns must be received back within 7 days from delivery date as defined by the date that the carrier delivers the merchandise. After 7 days it will not be eligible for refund and will be donated to a charity of our discretion.
❤️ Items ordered from our website can only be returned by mail.
❤️ The customer is responsible to pay for return shipping.
❤️ Exchanges can be made in the store for same season items only. Returns in store will not be accepted.
❤️ To return an item, please click here and follow the instructions provided. Or you can visit our Returns Page on our website. Otherwise your order will not be eligible for a refund.
❤️ If merchandise qualified for free shipping and after return the total is below $150, $8.99 shipping fee will be deducted from refund.
❤️ Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached.
❤️ There is no returns on items in damaged or used condition.
❤️ Sale items are FINAL SALE - no refunds or exchanges.
❤️ Returns or exchanges can be made with receipt only.
❤️ A refund will be issued within 7 days that we have received your returned items.
❤️ Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction. Refund may take up to 10 business day for your bank to complete.
❤️ Any item/s returned to us that do not meet all terms stated above will not be refunded and will be donated to a charity of our discretion.
Store-pickup Orders
❤️ You will get an email letting you know that your order is ready for pickup.
❤️ Orders must be picked up within 7 day of the email confirmation.
❤️ Any order not picked up after 2 weeks will be donated to a charity of our discretion.
❤️ If we have the items in stock we will process your order if not we will refund you the money.
❤️ Orders can take up to 7 business days to be shipped to the store.
❤️ We currently ship to our Williamsburg, Boro park, Monsey, Monroe, and Lakewood stores.
Returns on Store-pickup Orders
❤️ Returns must be received back within 7 days from day of the email confirmation. After 7 days it will not be eligible for refund and will be donated to a charity of our discretion.
