 Shipping Terms

Order and Shipping Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. It will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. If we have the items in stock we will process your order if not we will refund you the money. Orders can take up to 2 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information, if applicable.

We currently ship from our warehouse in New York. We offer shipping in the U.S.

We offer free shipping on orders over $150 USD. For all other orders, the shipping cost is $8.99 USD. Standard Shipping is 3 to 5 Business days. Please note that order processing may take up to 2 business days after the order is placed.  We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items after the carrier confirmed the delivery. 

 

Taxes

Applicable sales tax will be charged where applicable. Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page. 

 

Return Policy & instructions

Returns on eligible items are accepted within 7 days of delivery date as defined by the date that the carrier delivers the merchandise. Only unworn, unwashed item/s with accompanying tags and receipt will be accepted. Item/s must be returned in original packaging. If merchandise qualified for free shipping and after return order totals less than $150.00 USD, a shipping fee of $8.99 will be deducted from refund. All Sale items are final and cannot be returned. Sale items may be exchanged in stores only with the receipt. Items marked Final Sale may not be returned or exchanged. The customer is responsible to pay for return shipping. To return an item, please click here and follow the instructions provided. Returns can only be by mail not in the stores. To exchange you may visit one of our locations with receipt only. 

 

Late Returns

Any item returned after 7 days from delivery date is not eligible for refund. 

 

Receiving a Refund

A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business day for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times.
