PLEASE READ OUR UPDATED POLICY

Online Orders

❤️    Once your order has been successfully placed a confirmation email with your order number and shipping details.

❤️   Please make sure your shipping address/Store location is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you.

Please make sure to include your apartment/Unit number in the shipping address.

❤️ If an item is out of stock the item will not be processed and you will be refunded.

❤️   We offer free shipping in the U.S. on orders over $150 USD. For all other orders in the U.S., the flat shipping cost is $8.99.

❤️ All orders generally ship within 2 business days from the time of order. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days

❤️   Standard Shipping is generally 3 to 5 Business days. You will receive a tracking email once your order ships so you can start your countdown. 

❤️  We do not operate during weekends and all major Jewish Holidays.

❤️  Colors on the website might appear slightly different than the actual color 

❤️  We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items after the carrier confirms the delivery. 

❤️ Sale items are FINAL SALE. 

❤️ If for any reason, you need to cancel your order, a 3% credit card fee will be deducted from the refund.

Store-pickup orders

❤️ Orders must be picked up within 7 days of the email confirmation.

❤️ Any order not picked up after 2 weeks will be donated according to our discretion.

❤️ Orders can take up to 7 business days to be shipped to the store.

❤️ We currently ship to our Williamsburg, Boro Park, Monsey, Monroe, and Lakewood stores 

Returns on Online Orders

❤️  We understand that you may sometimes not be completely satisfied with your order, therefore we offer returns on non-sale items.

❤️ To return an item please click HERE and follow the instructions provided. Or you can visit our Returns Page on our website. Otherwise, your order will not be eligible for a refund.

❤️ Returns must be postmarked within 7 days from the delivery date as defined by the date that the carrier delivers the merchandise. After 7 days it will not be eligible for refund and will be donated according to our discretion.

❤️   Items must be returned in the original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached.

       we are forced to charge a $1 fee for items not returned in original packaging

❤️ Online orders cannot be returned to the store.

❤️ The customer is responsible for paying for the return shipping cost.

❤️ We can not take responsibility for orders forwarded from the original shipping address.

❤️   Exchanges can be made in the store for same-season items only, subject to availability. 

❤️   If the order qualified for free shipping, and after the return the total is below $150, the original shipping fee of $8.99 will be deducted from the refund. 

❤️   Sale items are FINAL SALE - no refunds or exchanges. 

❤️   Returns can be made with invoice only. 

❤️ A refund will be issued within 7 days from when we receive your returned items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment. Refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete.

❤️ Any item/s returned to us that do not meet all terms stated above will not be refunded and will be donated according to our discretion.
